Carly is a Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. Carly is committed to providing a compassionate and nurturing therapy space where people feel comfortable to share their challenges and hopes for the future. Carly enjoys supporting and witnessing people’s transformative and healing experiences throughout their therapeutic journey.
Carly is skilled in using a range of evidence based therapies such as, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Trauma-focussed Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (TF-CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR). Carly also draws on her training in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Narrative Therapy to provide a tailored therapeutic approach to people’s individual needs.
Carly enjoys working collaboratively with people across the lifespan with wide ranging concerns. She has extensive experience working with child and adolescent trauma and children’s psychological difficulties. Carly also has an interest in transgender issues in childhood and supporting those during the perinatal period.
