Dr. Brooke Ferguson is a Clinical Psychologist. The title “Clinical” indicates completion of a Master of Clinical Psychology degree. Brooke has also completed a PhD in Clinical Psychology on children of parents with a mental illness. Brooke is co-director of the Centre.
Brooke has previously worked as a psychologist in both public and private settings supporting adults and children. She takes pleasure in supporting people of all ages with their concerns. Her areas of special interest include children of primary school age, along with children with a parent who suffers mental illness, be these infants, children or adults. Brooke also enjoys supporting families in the perinatal period with anxiety, depression and adjustment concerns.
Brooke also has a particular interest in transgender issues in childhood, and we are pleased to offer a LBGTQI friendly practice. Brooke continues her involvement in psychological research through The University of Adelaide.
