Jade is a warm, compassionate therapist who is dedicated to creating a safe and nurturing environment for all her clients and their families. Her approach is creative, person- centred and flexible to suit people from all backgrounds and walks of life. Jade views every person as unique and therefore tailors her therapy accordingly to meet the individual needs of her clients.
Throughout her career, Jade has worked with children, adolescents, adults and families across hospital, community, and private settings. She has experience working with people that have complex mental health needs, including schizophrenia, bi-polar and personality disorders.
Jade has a special interest in working with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), adult survivors of childhood trauma and those experiencing attachment difficulties.
Jade draws from several evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation Processing (EMDR), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy.
