Jessica is a clinical psychologist with current AHPRA registration and is an active member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS). Jessica has honed her expertise by assisting individuals of all ages with various needs in a private practice setting. Through her diverse experiences, she has cultivated a particular interest in aiding women as they navigate the journey into motherhood.
Jessica believes in building a strong therapeutic relationship with her clients and maintains a client-centred approach to ensure each individual feels supported, listened to, and understood throughout their therapeutic journey. Jessica offers a safe, non-judgemental space for adults to address past and present concerns. Her focus includes mood disturbances, anxiety-based concerns, sleep difficulties, stress management, grief and loss, relationship distress, poor self-esteem, and perinatal mental health.
