Sarah Tie is a registered psychologist with over 10 years of experience in perinatal mental health. Sarah supports both individuals and couples through the journey of starting a family, including pregnancy, fertility, baby loss, postpartum struggles, and relationship challenges. Sarah Tie recently relocated to Adelaide from the US with her husband and two daughters.
Sarah has received specialised training in the treatment of perinatal mental health and is also an experienced couples therapist, who is passionate about providing treatment and support for new parents.
Sarah has trained with a number of perinatal specialists and utilises a range of therapeutic approaches, including Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) for trauma, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples.
