Tamara Gray (nee Muller)is a clinical psychologist with over ten years experience working with children, young people, families and adults.
Tamara enjoys working with adults experiencing a range of concerns such as depression, anxiety, or other mental health difficulties to improve their wellbeing. She is also interested in supporting children, young people and their families with emotional and behavioral difficulties and mental health concerns. Tamara has experience working with children and caregivers who have experienced trauma. Tamara enjoys supporting caregivers to tailor their parenting to the unique needs of their child or adolescent.
Tamara has a warm, empathic and gentle therapy style. She uses a range of evidence based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy (EMDR), and the Circle of Security (COS) model.
Tamara is a Board-approved supervisor and has extensive experience in providing clinical supervision for higher degree students and clinical psychology registrars.

Master of Psychology (Clinical), The University of Adelaide
Full and current registration with the Psychology Board of Australia with Clinical Psychology endorsement and as a Board-approved supervisor
